Delete your Donget account
You can permanently delete your Donget account and the data tied to it at any time. Deletion is irreversible once the grace period ends, so we ask you to confirm via email first.
How it works

Enter the email address for your account in the form below.

We email you a confirmation link. For your privacy, the message is only sent if an account exists — we never reveal whether it does.

Open the link and confirm. Your account is then scheduled for deletion after a 30-day grace period.

Changed your mind? Sign back into the app before the 30 days are up to cancel. After that, your data is anonymized and permanently deleted.

You can start the same process from inside Donget:
Profile → Edit profile → Delete account
What gets deleted
- Your profile and account details (name, email, avatar).
- Groups, expenses and settlements you own.
- Your memberships, comments and activity history.
- App preferences, notification settings and saved devices.
Some records may be retained in anonymized form where required for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention reasons. See our Privacy Policy.
